feat:remove progressContainer from dev=true feature flag #1163

Description

In this issue, there is a sliding Progress Bar so that the super user and the assignee user can update his/her task, this task was under the dev flag which needs to be brought into production.
But while working there was some UI issue, which has also been covered in this PR, please check the video for more information.

In this feature firstly the process has been removed from DevFeature and now every person can view the progress of any task, on top of that, the Superuser and assignee user.

Now the UI is not breaking, please check in the video.

Can we have it aligned to left?

We can add vertical gap in here.

For small screen button can come right to the progress bar
