[Bug] Task Assignee Search #1170

Issue Description

Duplication of assignee on same username selection
Unable to query to API via typing assignee: pall

Expected Behavior

Shouldn't show already selected assignee in suggestion model
assignee: pall should query to API

Current Behavior

Can select multiple assignee: pallabez
assignee: pall is not returning any suggestion
