Task Level and tags can be added to each task

why this change

To give more information about the task through tags and levels.

Current Status

No tags/levels present on the tasks.

What is the Change?

Task tag with level can be viewed and updated on any particular task

On edit mode

Edit mode is how a super user can update any value on a particular task, with this change we are giving super user an option to edit/add tags with level on any particular task.

• without tag a level cannot be updated

• when clicked on add button a loading spinner is displayed until the tag and level updates

What is the Change?

Task category and Task level tags can be viewed and updated on any particular task

On edit mode

Edit mode is how a super user can update the task category and task level on any particular task. A Task Level is displayed in edit mode, which has the current value, when the category/ level values are empty, no category and no level is displayed as task level value.

I am getting the above error while trying to update the level locally

[Edit] I got the reason for the error, there is a PR in the backend which need to be merged in order for this to work. LInk to PR

Nit: While trying to change the status or level of the task, when I change the level or category two times in a row, it makes two requests, it can be improved, when one request is made and someone tries to make another request then it should show them that a request is already in progress, this can be done in another PR
