Issue Description

To Implement an enhancement that allows users to have more user-friendly URLs for tasks on status site by using a shortened version

  Proposed Solution

• Create a function to generate a shortened version of the URL.

• Integrate the function into the task URL generation process.

Acceptance Criteria

• Shortened task url should be unique
• The function should ensure a clean and readable URL.
