Monarch use Docker to set up local environment. Need to setup Lando, with yml config (sent by mail):

Most recent DB dump

James will create Dump of Drupal, PCA MySql, and a dump of Mongo DB, and add it to vpg-monarch-mm repository.

Monarch Dev (52.11.117.143) private or part of VPG AWS?

Part of VPG AWS. James will share the ip of their MSQL server (so we know if we have separate servers, or maybe share same one).

What permissions do they have to manage AWS servers?

Same as us - SSH connection, and not able to view through AWS console.

How do they perform deploy to AWS?

By pulling the latest master branch from Git.

How is content published

Regular Drupal way, without any special development.
