Remember that Revisions on Sheet was checked when a Revision Cloud is added to sheet #3

There's a gap in the proper behavior of the Revisions on Sheet syncing.

1) Check a Revision for a sheet or in the issue log; the Revisions on Sheet box for that Revision is checked in the sheet 2) Add a Revision Cloud to the sheet in the same Revision that was checked 3) Delete the Revision Cloud from the sheet; the Revisions on Sheet box is now not checked

The Revisions on Sheet checkbox needs to remain checked after deleting the Revision Cloud if it has been checked already when the cloud was added.
