What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Unable to pick up quest from questgiver.

WoW Head Link to Quest, Item etc.

Expected Behavior

To be able to accept quest.

Current Behavior

Clicking accept doesn't add the quest to your log

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Talk to Lieutenant Paulson after finishing They Put the Assass in... Never Mind.
  2. Have him refuse to let you pick up Is This Thing On?
  3. Rage
