[Quest][Thousand Needles] Where's Wizzle? #231

What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Questgiver doesn't offer quest despite having done the previous ones in the chain.

Expected Behavior

Turn in A Little Payback to Drag Master Miglen then Rizzle Brassbolts should offer Where's Wizzle?.

Current Behavior

No quest after turning in A Little Payback.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Turn in A Little Payback to Drag Master Miglen.
  2. Rizzle Brassbolts remain a vendor with no quest.
