What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Using quest item in the allocated location doesn't trigger quest credit.

WoW Head Link to Quest, Item etc.

Expected Behavior

use quest item in shacks, quest credit.

Current Behavior

use quest item in shacks, no quest credit.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use quest item in allocated area
  2. Nothing
  3. Sadness
