What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

One quest trigger doesn't trigger properly.

Expected Behavior

Kill, hand in

Current Behavior

Kill, be unable to hand in

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Kill NPC
  2. Be unable to hand in

Quick fix: Make the "Defeated" Quest credit trigger on quest pick up :)
