[Quest][Badlands] Devastation #277

What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Unable to hand in quest, missing world object.

WoW Head Link to Quest, Item etc.

Expected Behavior

Turn in quest to Rhea's Final Note.

Current Behavior

No Rhea's Final Note to be found, making it impossible to hand in the quest.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to hand in location
  2. Be unable to hand quest in
