Unable to hand in the quest.
Quest: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=28252/the-kodocallers-horn Questgiver: https://www.wowhead.com/npc=48085/quartermaster-kaoshin Potential Hand in NPCs: Quartermaster Kaoshin OR Colonel Troteman
Pick up quest from Quartermaster Kaoshin, finish it, quest window pop-up to turn it in, then be able to pick up Taking the Horn For Ourselves from another quest window pop-up.
The quest auto-completes upon pick up but there's no way to turn it in.
Quick Fix: Make Quartermaster Kaoshin OR Colonel Troteman hand in NPCs for the quest :)
