What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Unable to attack NPC that drop the quest item.

Expected Behavior

Kill spirit get quest item ez

Current Behavior

Unable to kill spirit, sad

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to quest location
  2. Be unable to attack spirit
