What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Unable to get quest item from quest NPC.

WoW Head Link to Quest, Item etc.

Expected Behavior

Talk to murloc, click gossip option, get quest item.

Current Behavior

Talk to murloc, no gossip, no quest item.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Be on quest
  2. Talk to murloc
  3. Struggle
