[Quest][Blasted Lands] The Altar of Storms #291

What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

You get phased when entering the quest area, making you unable to finish the quest. Also the quest hand in NPC is missing.

Expected Behavior

Go to location, ress npc, turn in quest

Current Behavior

Go to location, get phased

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Be on quest
  2. Go to quest area
  3. Get Phased

Quick Fix: Make the quest Auto-Complete and Spawn the Quest hand in NPC :)
