What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Guards are hostile to alliance players.

Friendly guard

Current Behavior

Unfriendly Guard

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Surwich, Blased Lands
  2. Crazy murderous guards

Completely Reworked the Zone and Guards are fixed
