What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Questgiver doesn't offer quest.

Expected Behavior

Turn in Tarenar Sunstrike to Tarenar Sunstrike then pick up What I Do Best, A Gift For Fiona & Traveling Companions.

Current Behavior

He's only offering What I Do Best & Traveling Companions

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Turn in Tarenar Sunstrike
  2. Be unable to pick up A Gift For Fiona
