What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Unable to hand in quest to NPC.

WoW Head Link to Quest, Item etc.

Expected Behavior

Pick up quest, go to Crown Guard Tower, Eastern Plaguelands and hand in quest to Carlin Redpath.

Current Behavior

Unable to hand it in.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Pick up Uncle Carlin
  2. Go to Crown Guard Tower, Eastern Plaguelands
  3. Find Carlin Redpath
  4. Try to hand the quest in
