[Quest][Redridge Mountains] It's Never Over #31

What is the Bug? (Brief Overview)

Riverboat to take you to the other side of Lake Everstill is unusable Previous installments of the questline are also missing such as where we obtain the other crew members Messner, Jorgensen, Krakauer, and Danforth.

Expected Behavior

A riverboat spawns where you and John J and his crew hop on to ride to the other side of the lake

Current Behavior

Riverboat is not useful and there is no John J keeshan or crew

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Accept Quest
  2. No Keeshan
  3. No crew
  4. Cry

Tbh since the quest auto completes and you're able to run around/swim across the lake and turn in the quest this is kinda low prio.
