Murd Doc only offers The G-Team (Alliance) 1, The G-Team (Alliance) 2 & The G-Team (Alliance) 3 after you have turned in Exploring Gnomeregan. He should offer all the quests regardless.
Horde players are unable to pick up the quests The G-Team (Horde) 1, The G-Team (Horde) 2 & The G-Team (Horde) 3 from Murd Doc at the start of the dungeon.
Even trying to add these quests using .quest add doesn't work, however adding the alliance versions of the quests does work, consider making The G-Team (Alliance) 1, The G-Team (Alliance) 2 & The G-Team (Alliance) 3 available for both factions
