The wall leading to Agathelos the Raging is always up despite having killed the Death's Head Ward keeper. Proof (Please Just Remove the wall) :)
Spirit of Agamaggan is not spawned near Charlga Razorflank (last boss) making you unable to turn in Agamaggan and pick up Agamaggan's Charge which is the quest to kill Charlga Razorflank. Proof (Please Spawn Spirit of Agamaggan) :)
