Make a version that's compatible with Thunderbird beta - current version 110.0b3.

Please append problems with these betas in comments below.

After bumping max version, the version number in options dialog isn't set correctly.

tryout version for 110 below. I removed the old "VersionProxy" code that was used to the determine Add-on version number and replaced it with a notification method going through the background page.

To install this preview version:

download the zip file drag the zip file into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager (do not extract contents)
