Feature requested: overwrite files when saving attachments #98

Hi!

I think it would be useful to have an option to overwrite files when using the Save/Dettach filter, instead of creating a unique variant of the file name.

Hard to do as AFAIK the old file name is not stored anywhere so it is not easily possible to see whether it is already stored under another name.
