Support multiple parameters for `%header.deleteFromSubject%` and `%header.delete%` #293

To simplify cleaning subject lines, support adding multiple text parameters to the functions %header.deleteFromSubject()% and %header.delete()%

Example:

%header.delete(subject,"Fwd: ","Order: ")%
%header.delete(subject," - SmartTemplate Standard"," - SmartTemplates Pro Renewal"," - SmartTemplates Renewal"," - SmartTemplates Pro Upgrade "," - SmartTemplates Pro")%
