When adding a "Reply To" entry from the Custom Variables dropdown we get an error:

this is wrong - the only thing necessary to support Reply-To is enabling the "Reply-To Template" in quickFilters Advanced settings:

QuickFix version:

To install, download zip file and drag into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager (do not unpack contents)
