Remove donate button from assistant dialog for licensed users

Here is a new version:

• it removes the donate button when there is a valid license
• it titles the button "Renew license" when the license is expired and leads the user to the license dialog
• "donate" is only shown for people without license (I am even considering to remove it completely, as donations aren't really encouraged, I much prefer people buying a license)

To test the version above, download the zip file then drag it into Thunderbird Add-ons Manager. (Do not extract contents as then if will not install). This also includes changes from issue #167 which restyles the assistant button to make most functions more accessible.
