Use camera_ros from Pipebots. Make sure it is public. Install and test with new camera on RPi Zero. Add parameter to set frame rate.

Works with Pi camera v3. ArduCam does not register using rpicam-hello on Raspberry Pi OS Lite.
Needs another setting change made somewhere?
