Telescope disappears on structure uninstall

Describe the bug

When you attempt to reposition an existing Telescope, it disappears on uninstall, leaving a build ghost at place it was to be moved to.

Describe your game setup

1. • I installed TiberiumRim and then created a fresh colony
2. • Running only TiberiumRim Mod and Harmony (and possibly HugsLib to make sharing logs easier) Found while using heavily modded save, created new save with only the above mods to confirm.
3. Playing with the following DLCs enabled
   • Rimworld - Royalty
   • Rimworld - Ideology

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Build Telescope
2. Uninstall Telescope
3. Build ghost for new Telescope location persists, Telescope disappears
