[feature] Add 'Subsidized' and 'Partially Subsidized' Tags to the Realtoken Dashboard #8

Description: The Realtoken Dashboard currently uses tags like 'PARTIALLY RENTED' and 'RMM' to indicate the status of properties. I suggest introducing two additional tags, 'Subsidy' and 'Partial Subsidy', to enhance clarity for users, especially when properties receive governmental or other types of subsidies.

Motivation:

  1. Transparency: Gaining insights into whether a property is subsidized, fully or partially, allows for a more transparent understanding of its financial status, mirroring the clarity provided by tags like 'PARTIALLY RENTED'.
  2. Decision Making: For both potential investors and existing token holders, discerning which properties are subsidized can significantly influence their investment decisions.

Proposed Implementation:

  1. Incorporate two new tags: 'Subsidized' and 'Partially Subsidized'.
  2. Assign distinct colors / style to these tags to ensure they stand out.
