Battery Plots should just have the Actual Centralized Bus Number to Avoid Confusion #49

instead of Area 3 Battery 5 it should say something like Battery at Bus 23 in Area 3

Done. Note that plots are still saved with the numBattBus (like Battery 7) names, only that the title are changed to indicate real bus number.
