Add v3 contracts to template generator

Now that v3 is audited and has been deployed, we should add these contracts to the template generator.

@auryn-macmillan @carlosfebres Does this want a version switch feature like the main dapp or can we just drop v2 and only show v3?

I'd say it should mirror the features of the main dapp.
