Spurious unconfirmed answer shown in erc20 version #85

(Noticed while refactoring, might only be a refactoring issue)

There's an unconfirmed answer shown with bond of 0, disappears later. Looks like we might be storing an unconfirmed answer record when requesting token permissions.
