Proper implementation of GameAppClassLoader(-Factory) #2

Fix that class loader. The current code is nothing else than crap.

Just got to test the loader, and it works (though i couldn't run it with additional dependencies) Also, seeing as "File" is the Java-way of processing dirs and files, the code actually isn't as crappy as thought

Removed from the current milestone: Code reviews and cleanup is part of a future milestone.

Closed, as partly fixed with an earlier release. This is also part of the refactoring of the server backend implementation.
