General Clean-Up / Refactoring

As of milestone Server Pre-Alpha, the code will be enhanceable in functionality, performance and style. Consult Java specialists to solve the problems. (Especially everything marked as TODO)

Rethink the design:

• Is it scaleable?
• Does it follow the KISS principle?
• Does it have major performance issues?
• Does it offer the whole functionality introduced by the Shardlet API?
• How about RMI, security, clustering, shell-access?

And probably most important: Did you document the software so that it can be used by others?
