Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a project owner I want DDev to be up to date and have the Gitpod setup process simple and easy to maintain.

[ ] Updated composer.json (allow plugins)
[ ] Add drupal-install command

@BrianGilbert I'm getting an issue with the Tome install.

Does the following screenshot meany anything to you? Specifically the field?

@Decipher no sorry, It's not obvious to me what might be causing it based on the error
