[FEATURE REQUEST] Add a way to give tokens silently #49

My request is for a way to give tokens silently.

An example: /tm add jakka12 100 -s

Usage: It would be nice to be able to hide the msg for things like crates where users may have other plugins handling the msgs.

Hope you'll consider it :)

This is an existing feature in the plugin.
