Below is the error message given by the server, but not sure if this is helpful. It's happened to 4 sites I've used simple SSL on today, so this isn't a one-off issue.

[14-Jun-2023 14:49:58 UTC] Cron reschedule event error for hook: rsssl_every_five_minutes_hook, Error code: invalid_schedule, Error message: Event schedule does not exist., Data: {"schedule":"rsssl_five_minutes","args":[],"interval":300}

and

[14-Jun-2023 14:34:02 UTC] Cron reschedule event error for hook: burst_every_5_minutes, Error code: invalid_schedule, Error message: Event schedule does not exist., Data: {"schedule":"burst_every_5_minutes","args":[],"interval":300}

The log is from Burst, it looks like this Cron job is not used at the moment. I'll look into that. It doesn't cause any problems.

The wiped wpconfig is very strange. The last update was several weeks ago, you're the first to report this. Possibly it's something very specific in the wpconfig.

Can you email the content of the file (without passwords) to support@really-simple-ssl.com?

Do you also have pro installed? Are there specifics on your server, like the wp config file in a different directory, or non standard paths?
