Implement sleep mode #5

Flesh out cronJobs function and add sleep function with scheduled 'wake and check' - if left asleep for n minutes/ hours, shut down completely.

There is no need for a staged sleep/ shutdown sequence now an sd card has been integrated - the controller can simply save settings and power off/
