Make Sons of D'Sparil a proper Boss-tier enemy #11

A thing to do along with H4M8. The enemy & map design ought to go hand and hand for this one.

There's currently one map (H4M6) that uses one of the Sons as a regular enemy, but that's gonna be changed.
