Big Merge o' Xaserchanges #2

For a bit of context, Torm and I have been chatting about finishing up HPack recently; I've been making a bunch of fixes n' changes n' tweaks n' map edits to that end, and he gave the plan a thumbs-up and has invited me here to repo-ville, so we're mergin' this to make it official. More details to come soonish.

Despite the branch name, this merge doesn't quite yet finish the project. But we're much closer now. ;)

Thanks, y'all! Gonna make a status post on R667 soon-ish and detail a bit more of the goings-on, but I'm on kind of a cruddy internet connection at the moment and reCAPTCHA is refusing to work correctly, which is blocking me from posting. Should be back home tomorrow night / Monday for more wordsmithing.

@Gothic-HP ye, sorry it had to be dropped. :( -- but Hell Stronghold is still, well, strong. ;)

I'm not 100% sure all the map credits are correct just yet -- I had to fish a bunch of the names out of old txtfiles, which only had the map numbers, not the names, so some are semi-educated guesses. -- I do think H1M1 ("Gloom Tower") is ShadesMaster's, though, since a version of it appears in one of his other Heretic projects (though the HPack version has some cool new hotness I added in :P ).
