Improve Hell Rose #9

Love the concept of this guy, but the tendrils get really spammy and they don't always seem to go away when the monster itself is killed (can definitely tighten the bolts on that in zscript). That and it needs some better sounds -- I have some picked out, just need to assign 'em.

Updated here 26e176ae1e46b8e5104af2825c63051309158e2f I limited the tentacles to 10, and it now spawns 2 at a time. Now the tentacles die/disappear the instant their parent Rose does. Not sure what sounds would you assign to them, but in the meantime I gave them sounds from Blood 1/2.
