Added info on problems with portals we had in issues (three of these were the last unfixed problems in issues by @hawkwind3, so I closed them and moved here).
This is going to be a challenge…
Regarding the Gestapo not being hit, try running my lame TEST_MAP, and in some directions tracers gets reflected or swayed completely from their direction.
Instead about line 3884 on C3M3_B, I think we could apply a fake sky tx on the horizon over external sector, so to replicate the illusion somehow.
Regarding the 4th issue, I have tested it atm and noticed something related to tracers vs rockets
(from C3M3_B further issues #896) C3M3_B: Just before crossing portal line 3884, looking out you will see a red sky, but after crossing the line and entering sector 1238 the sky is correct.
Fixed!

Can't reproduce, so consider this to be fixed.
(from [3.2] [Chapter 3] C3 playthrough #863) C3M4: I unloaded a full magazine into this Gestapo through the door portal, but none hit.
As this is impossible to be fixed, I removed the enemies from the room so there is no need to shoot the room at all.
(from [C3M0_A] Various issues #757) C3M0_A: Some now you see it, now you don't pics.
I think I have an idea what's going on here. Is it possible that the flare moves outside of the room boundaries of the sector based skybox? Or did the flare appear and disappear if you slightly moved @Username-N00b-is-not-available ?
@AFADoomer is the remaining portal issue with the (dis)appearing sun critical or can we just ignore it?
Reactivating this as the sun issue is still pending @AFADoomer
The portal problem in c3m3_b is now fixed. As well as portal problems in C2m6_a and C3M5_b.
But the C3M0_A is still missing
Please re-test C3M0_A after the change I made in 17f4e373d82f847099ce199d5e3b73344738436a.
Many portals of various kinds are present in Blade of Agony (skyboxes, linedef/sector portals, visual/interactive ones). Rather than discuss various visual/physical quirks of them in map-specific issues (where they never get fixed), let's transfer these problems here. With a detailed exposition of examples, it would be easier to come up with a solution (possibly hacky) which could help with most of these.
