division by zero in j2k_read_siz #169

This concerns at least version 1.5, not sure about version 2:

In j2k_read_siz, the dimensions of the tiles are never checked with JPWL 
disabled which can lead e.g. to a division by zero.

Reading through that method, it seems that without JPWL other sanity checks 
might be missing as well (such as a check for opj_calloc failure)...
