openjpeg-branch15-r2299 and openjpeg-trunk-r2299 fail to decode a JP2 file #212

The file in question is the 'ortho_1-1_1m_j_mn003_2008_3.jp2'.

The size of this file is 574'421'784 Byte. I do not know
where I got it.

Bot 'j2k_to_image' and 'opj_decompress' fail to decode
the file.

I have first used GDB and then VALGRIND.

The results are attached.

could you decompress one tile of the image ?
Could you share this file ?

Tile nr 1 can be downloaded from:

 http://home/arcor/de/szukw000/ortho-tile1.png

Please, do not hesitate too long: the tile has a
geometry of 4kx4k and a size of 38.5 MB.

The attached file ortho_jp2_shot.zip contains the MHTML file

  Problem_20130313_1315.mht

You can open this file e.g. with OPERA or INTERNET EXPLORER.

The contents of the file consists of text in the internet
language german and a Win7 screenshot of the image

 ortho_1-1_1m_j_mn003_2008_3.jp2

The screenshot shows that several tiles of the JP2 image
are broken.

the only information I could find about this file would be that it comes from:
