Makes HD mode toggle scale the screen to 2x in a way that keep everything align the way it was it 1x mode (hopefully)
The setting now kicks in instantly and is saved on the profile level (this is open to discussion)
Why
The existing HD mode put the map in the the wrong place and other weirdness
Testing
If possible please test on a non-retina but HD screen (I've tested on rentina)
Check that all the screen look right.
I tried to find and update everything that uses the screen size but I may have miss something
