Default profile has no Characters folder #4

Default profile has no Characters folder, this causes a breaking error on startup.

Adding an empty Characters folder to the default profile fixes the issue.

There's a similar issue around empty folders under Campaigns which I believe Samuel has a fix on his end, I just need to get it from him and merge it.
