This pull request adds the (almost) complete Brazilian Portuguese (pt_br) translations for the Oritech mod. All in-game text except for the in-game manual has been translated. The manual translations will follow in a future update. The mod is otherwise fully localized for pt_br.

Let me know if there are any issues or improvements needed!
