Add support for resource file extension (.resx) #54

Thanks for the contribution. But I don't have an icon for the resource extension yet. Maybe this extension will fit one of the existing ones? For example, "Configuration/Settings", "Schema", or even simple "Text". If it doesn't fit, then we can leave it like this. I'll make the icon later then.

It could fit in the config/settings one. Ill change it later :)
