We need to add commitlint to ensure that all commits follow a defined convention, making it easier to understand the changes made in a project's history.

By doing so, we can enforce commit message standards and improve the clarity, consistency, and readability of our commit history.

@commitlint/config-conventional (Pre-configured settings for commit message standards)
@commitlint/cli (Enforce the commits)
