Once the item is ready to be staged for release, go through the following steps.

Before proceeding

• [x] Update summary, description, link and thumbnail for all items using this standard
• [ ] If image needed for community survey123 form, request through workfront

DOC

• [x] Update source/local-government/help/solution/index including the what's new at the bottom of the page
• [x] Update data/local-government/help/solution.yml file with any changes to TOC
• [x] Update source/local-government/help/solution/get-started files with all new patterns
• [x] Update what's new file

Try-it-live and Deployment Orgs

• [ ] Use the clone tool in arcpro arcgis solutions to clone items to tryitlive and deployment orgs.
• [ ] In the deployment org make all tags using this standard
• [ ] In try-it-live org make shortlinks to the front-end solutions using redirects
• [ ] Add redirects to doc index pages and pull request changes again.
• [ ] Share item public
• [ ] Use the public test machines to make sure solution deploys in enterprise.
• [ ] Deploy solution using arcpro solutions tool in org to make sure it functions correctly.

Misc.

• [x] Update any necessary symbology.
• [x] Add form to community survey123
